Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Pastor, called by God, who will be a spiritual leader of the congregation. The Pastor shall be responsible for establishing the overall direction that God has for BGMBC and communicating that vision with the congregation. BGMBC is a predominantly African American congregation founded in 1883 and has served the community and vicinity for 140 years.

The Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church located at 1065 Tommy’s Road, Goldsboro NC is interviewing Applicants for a Minister of Music position. Candidates are expected to demonstrate proficiency in organ, piano, and keyboard performance. As well as leading and planning music for worship services and directing Choirs while fostering a spiritual environment through music. Formal Musical Training is preferred but not required. Applicants should contact the Church Office (919)735-2274 between the hours of 10am-1pm. Candidates will need to complete an application and submit it along with a resume or CV that includes references. Please note that a background check will be required.
